  So impressed with the service we received this morning at the cafe from Chloe who managed a very busy 15mins all in her own. Very efficient and friendly young girl.

  This post only gets one star as the site will not only a nil star. We were in Bunnings West Gosford at 10.55am this morning asking a lovely lady at the exit in the gardening section about how to grow a particular plant etc and we were rudely interrupted by another female team member as she instructed the team member that was trying to help us to go on the register leaving hubby and I standing there without an answer to our question. Some of the team members in this store need to do a course is customer service.

  Dogs can go in the trolley and water bowl inside the entrance doors.
  10/10 Staff are really helpful and nice to deal with.
  Cheap prices, a staff worker in tool shop notified me of cheaper priced item also.

  Absolutely disgusting!
  I have been a loyal customer, along with my wife, for the best part of a decade, spending tens of thousands in the process.
  This afternoon we went in to get some essential items, as my wife is starting her cleaning business, only to be stopped on our way out and have our trolley completely emptied,every item scanned and checked along side of the receipts and when she didn’t check them properly, she tried to accuse us of stealing,only to be proven wrong by us pointing to the receipt the she was holding.
  Now all this took place in the middle of the exit whilst people were walking by with thousands of dollars worth of items without being checked.
  The reason for this,because I was dressed in casual street wear and my wife has dark skin!!!
  We were profiled on our appearance and skin colour, we had a total of about $200 worth of cleaning products whilst people with shelving units,gurneys and thousands of dollars of items were allowed to leave without a care in the world!
  I fought for this country and I broke over sixty percent of my body doing so,my wife is the most beautiful person you could ever come across and is as honest a person as you could ever come across.
  I am absolutely appalled that we were singled out based on our appearance and skin colour,this is not what Australia is about and if I was in a managerial position at this place,I would be dragging every single person in to let them know that racial discrimination and profiling people based on what they wear will not be tolerated and anyone found doing so will be immediately terminated!
  You only got one star because it’s impossible for me to give you negative stars,absolutely deplorable and disgusting behaviour and despite all the money we have previously spent there,you will not get another cent on principle alone!

  The best Bunnings I ever experienced so far.
  They have good stock (nothing ever possible to buy in Bunning Umina - stopped going there not to waste my time), I see same staff working here long term and obviously very knowledgeable and give great advice without making me feel stupid woman like some trades here on CC do with pleasure (despite me actually paying them for work). Great selection of timber and outdoor materials - that is even cheaper than local timber yard (like for like comparison).
  I go here so often - one of the reasons - I always get what I need and great advice and service (cutting, special orders help etc) so I am happy to go back again.
  P.S. Cafe kiosk on the corner makes really good coffee and Burek as a bonus (outside Bunnings, oops sorry)
